Even if you are veteran and have seemingly explored all of Grand Theft Auto San Andreas’ map, there are some locations that you won’t normally find at a first glance. GTA games are known for their huge open world maps and they increasingly expand with each new installment, and they have crazy Easter eggs and hidden locations all over the place, but they are also not that easy to find.
Here are the Top 5 hidden locations in GTA San Andreas:
5. Cave in Mount Chiliad
There is a cave located on the northeastern side of the Mount Chiliad in GTA San Andreas. What’s hideous about this cave is that the region is strangely covered by a red mist that appears mostly at night time. The reason for this red color is still a mystery.
This cave is rumored to be home to Bigfoot or some other mythical creatures. The cave is situated on a cliff in such a way that if a player falls, he would fall down to a creek. Once you fall though, getting out of there is no easy feet if you don’t have a vehicle with you.
4. The Los Santos Observatory
The Los Santos Observatory, the facility featured in GTA San Andreas, is also a place of strange phenomenon’s. This large building is located at the top of the hill in the district of Verdant Bluffs in Los Santos.
It is the most common Backpacker spawn location, the Epilson Program member, which is a mysterious cult found in the game. This locations is believed to be a special gathering spot for the cult members. Fun fact: when you observe this observatory from above, it’s made to look like cross. Pretty spooky, right?
3. Abandoned Sawmill
Located just on the edges of the town of Angel Pine, Wheatstone in GTA San Andreas, is an Abandoned Sawmill. What makes this place so sus is the fact that although this place is vacated, there’s still cars that randomly spawn near the sawmill.
Some players even claimed to have heard noises of chainsaws inside of that sawmill when there’s supposed to be nobody inside or around.
2. Satan’s Church
This hedious church can be found in the small town of Bayside. There’s a stained glass window and on it there can be seen a portraiture resembling the universally recognizable angel with black wing that is Lucifer. Which signifies the satanic community in the game.
Additionally there’s a glitch in the Church of Satan which makes it change the church’s lighting, making it glow intensely during the night. At night the church is visible from from a distance like a landmark of some sort.
1. The Gant Bridge
This hidden spot in GTA San Andreas, at the top of Gant Bridge is hilarious to say the least and is one of the best Easter Eggs of GTA games.
At some point in the game you get your hands on the jetpack and fly around literally anywhere you want to go, although not very fast. You can go to the top of the Gant Bridge with a jetpack and when you reach that place, there’ll be a sign that reads “There are no Easter Eggs up here. Go Away.” Yep, that’s it. No cool weapons, no special items, just a great view of the city from up there.
